Cinnamon granola

IMG_9974.jpg

This recipe is part of my most requested recipes as a private chef series. It's my cinnamon granola and its totally delicious. Its a great recipe because you can use up all your leftover bits and bobs lying around. It keeps for ages in a sealed container too. If it does go stale I would pop it back in the oven for about 10 mins or so.

Also if you're a fan of dried fruit I would recommend adding some while it cools. I particularly like mulberries, blue berries and goji berries.

Ingredients

200g oats
200g nuts
50g seeds
2 tbsp cinnamon
3 pinches salt
125 olive oil or coconut oil
85g agave

Method

1. Preheat the oven to 180C (160C fan)
2. Add all your dry ingredients in a large bowl
3. In a separate bowl, mix together your wet ingredients
4. Bake on a lined baking sheet for 12 minutes
5. After 12 minutes mix the granola and bake for a further 12. Repeat once more for 10 mins and then leave to cool
