Eating seasonally

Eating seasonally is just one of the many ways you can have a more sustainable diet. Seasonal eating ensures that you can buy local produce that hasn't flown a million miles to reach you. This also means that your fruit and veg is often fresher. You can spice dishes up with a pomegranate or something out of season, but try to make sure the main bulk of your meal has been sourced seasonally.
