I'm a freelance private chef and caterer. I love cooking, baking, growing, eating out, and reading about food... I could go on!

Currently living in West London where I am working as a full-time chef. I cater for dinner parties, drop-off lunches, holidays, weekends away, and more. I particularly love the challenge of cooking abroad. I have a range of experience from working on film sets cooking for high-profile actors to baking in my local cafe.

My food is healthy, nutritious, and well-balanced. I am extremely capable catering for all dietary requirements including gluten-free, dairy-free, and vegan. I have a passion for 'healthy' baking and clean cakes. Almost all the produce I use is organic and meat is sourced from local butchers or my family's farm.

Home is in Oxfordshire on my family's organic farm (Hampton Gay Farm). Here my passion for sustainability and food grew. Over the first lockdown, I kept myself occupied by learning about gardening and growing vegetables. Everything I grow is organic and the meat we sell in the farm shop is the same. Our ethos is sustainability and we are constantly thinking of new ways to reduce waste around the farm.

I am obsessed with sustainable food and reducing waste. The vegetable scraps go to the pigs, fallen apples from the orchard go to the onsite Pommery to be juiced, and reusable bottled milk comes from a local farm and is returned after use... I could go on! I am still learning new ways of being more sustainable in the kitchen and I am always open to new ideas so please reach out if you have some thoughts.
